After the successful roll-out of the Web site project, worked with the Exchange's IT and other business users to map out a multi-year strategy for improving the integration between external and internal Exchange systems, and reduce the IT department's support costs and workload. Developed complete Technical Architecture for all Exchange systems including financial, regulatory, and administrative as well as its information publishing (Web) systems.
