This project (in partnership with treechairs) was an initiative to redevelop the Exchange's existing Internet and intranet Web sites and add secure functionality to the Internet Web site (Extranet). Created a new Internet applications architecture based on a review of the Exchange's existing overall I.T. strategy, technology landscape and new functional requirements obtained from workshops and interviews. Developed a Request for Tender document to solicit bids from Web site providers / developers and assisted the Exchange to select winning bid.
